ABOUT MIDDLE SCHOOL MENTORING MODEL
We partnered with Urban Community School to create a 6th-grade team mentoring model that they call the Wolfpack Program. This program is in its pilot stage and we hope to learn from this year and expand it to more middle schoolers. The program is designed to wrap support and encouragement around youth during the transition from elementary school to middle school.
